Always helpful and friendly staff in reception. Vets are second to none
Probably a really good vets but they ain't cheap
Took my rabbit to have teeth checked told would not be able to do anything unless under anaesthetic a d that would cost £160 +consult fee £39 due to furlough money is tight asked if they could do payment plan my rabbits teeth were very long he is only 5mths old so really shouldnt be like that they told me no they would try with out anesthetic which would be included in consult fee 5mins later my rabbit is back in the car as they said they couldnt do it as he wouldnt allow it. 2 days later took rabbit to a different vets 10mins later rabbit was back in the car treated and only cost me £15 and No anaesthetic!!!!
Everyone very friendly & helpful. Make a great fuss of the animals. Always concerned & vets very knowledgeable & explain everything. Put you at ease & obviously care about all their patients .
Absolutely fantastic service, very understanding and compassionate
