I have been taking my prescriptions to this pharmacy for a few years now as it is the nearest dispensing chemist to me. Since the employment of a pharmasist whom I can at best describe as supercillious, this experience has not been a positive one. This particular individual has been employed for a couple of years now and the term 'job's worth' doesn't exactly cover this person's attitude. In addition, there is an assistant who is extremely rude. This is somewhat surprising as prior to the employment of the problematic pharmacist, the assistant was actually pleasant to deal with. Overall, bearing in mind that this is a relatively small town and there are a couple of other local pharmacies, whoever owns Manor Pharmacy on King Street would do well to consider running a course on interpersonal skills for these two employees specifically. The experience I had today has prompted this review due to deep anger at the treatment received. This is by no means the first time in recent months. It will, however, be the last. In fairness, the problems lie firmly with these two individuals rather than the rest of the staff who are very friendly and efficient.
Staff always pleasant, and very knolagable
All my family use this pharmacy we have used it for years. Staff are so friendly and very helpful and even welcome my dog in. Any problems they go the extra mile to sort it for you.
