A big thank-you to barber Sam for the haircut on my Son. My son is only 6 and has autism so doesn’t find things like hair cuts an easy experience. Sam was patient with my son and went out of his way to make him feel relaxed throughout his visit. The hair cut was also fantastic. I would definitely recommend Sam to any parents of children who struggle with visiting the barbers.

MARTYN WEBB, Only found Gould’s last year, after attending many different Barbers over the years. Sam cuts my hair, and always does it, exactly as requested. When He’s arranged for other people to do it, If on holiday, I have always left feeling satisfied. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere and fairly priced. Also, my bookings have always been implemented on time, which I appreciate. All Covid measures are implemented and followed to the letter, in a professional manner.

Good service at a reasonable price. Always get the haircut you ask for, no deviations.the staff are polite and friendly. They're always up fir a good chat too. Thanks for keeping me looking fresh Ali

Sam cuts my nephews hair. He always does A great job & is brilliant with children. The shop is always clean with a friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend Gould barbers.

Well after letting my hair grow out rather long down to my shoulders i felt i should get it cut before going to University having my hair cut a few times before here i thought nothing of booking a slot and coming down to get my hair back to the style i like. i brought my phone and showed the hairdresser a picture of how i wished to look which i will attatch to the review to which she seemed happy to do (note this hairdressed has done my hair before in the style i was wanting so i was fairly confident she understood what i wanted seeming as i used the same picture for reference the last time. Below alongside the reference picture is how my hair turned out . cant say im very happy.
