Your Move Belper provided excellent service. Very good website, accurate valuation, handled all the viewings and sold the property within three weeks. The communication from then on was also excellent. Mollie did a great job from start to finish pulling the deal together and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Absolutely shocking, do not rent through these unless you are prepared to be ripped off. Edit as I cannot respond to the owner: Let's have some fun & detail our grievances against Your Move. - Our contract ran out during lockdown. We handed in our notice in line with both the agreement made with Your Move & legislation. Regardless, Your Move tried to scaretactic us into paying an additional month rent. - They initially overcharged my partner and I in both deposit and fees, until the practice was deemed unlawful and some deposit had to be returned. - The house had not been renovated in over a year when my partner initially moved in and I moved in later as a temporary stop for about a year. Regardless, we were charged for a full set of repairs against our deposit, some of which related to damage that already existed before my partner moved in. The charges themselves were nothing short of extortionate, such as an £40 shower curtain or £225 for removal of a couple of left furniture (which we did leave, simply because by the way they had conducted business so far we knew they would come up with a bunch of either overstated or plain fabricated reasons not to release our deposit anyway). The council would have picked these up for £25 or any man with a van for £100. They also charged us against some damage on a cheap, badly done wallpaper job from using the appropriate picture hanging method as discussed with one of their representatives on one of the house checks, etc. - The reason we simply accepted their ridiculous and unjustified overcharges against some simple jobs was that we had long written off the deposit, because we knew who we were dealing with and frankly, preferred to never have to deal with them again. I rented for many years without ever having had an issue until I encountered Your Move. They are incompetent, unreasonable, they will be over-controlling and underprotecting your rights as a tenant and as you can see by the owner's responses on here, will become argumentative when you pull them up on it. I said it before and I'm saying it again: Stay well clear of them. Your Move are about the most unprofessional estate agent we ever encountered.

The only agent to offer any real help to us as pet owners looking for a rental. Sara and Lauren went out of their way to try and find a solution.
