Awful customer service. No assistance, and when goods were chosen we went to till to be greeted by a female member of staff who did not have very good customer service. Spent over £80 on two items, did not get a carrier bag, or even the offer of one.
Recent update to my wife's purchase.
She bought a Marco Tozzi patent ankle boot.
What a load of rubbish these boots are.
£50 for plastic. After a week, the heel fell off, and could not be repaired. My advice is. Don't buy.
Third in a queue and over 20 minute wait to pay. I wont buy from them again if that is a regular occurrence.
