A pleasant escape to the great outdoors, but despite there being plenty of room to social distance some are not behaving. One example, a couple with a Newfoundland dog took up the whole width of the path forcing us onto the muddy grassed area.
This park is perfect for gentle exercise.
Forty five minutes gentle walk takes you round the lake. Good open space not too crowded except for the birds.
Nice clean cafe offering good food and coffees at reasonable prices. Sit inside or outside.
Plenty of free car parking and disabled too.
Looks like the walks would take me into a wooded area and walk up a hill which I guess would offer views over the surrounding area.
This place has lots to offer give it a try!
Fantastic walk round, all the path is very flat and accessible for everyone. Definitely recommend for an easy walk with beautiful surroundings.
Great spot to visit plenty of parking land relatively flat so good for all walkers or wheelchair users great children's play parks fenced off for security wildlife in abundance so many bird varieties visitors bring seed to feed the birds
Nice place for a walk with kids. Good little park as well nothing special but the kids loved it and found plenty of fun running around the park looking at ducks and going into the small wooden area looking for bugs. The cafe is good as well for a quick bite and rest, clean and well maintained.
