Oakfield Farm

It was our first experience of the place. Despite being the rain, and arriving a bit short of time before closure, more than happy to accommodate us and thus able to enjoy a warm meal. Staff courteous and very helpful. Nice atmosphere, enjoying a meal and at the same time being able to see the farm's animals! Surely we will be back very soon. Very happy to recommend the place.😀

It was really nice, we'd booked a table as we know it's popular. The food was excellent as usual and the staff were lovely. We felt very safe.

The atmosphere here is tranquil and spacious modern rustic , with a ultra modern twist on using architectural salvage from the farms previous heritage , plus paintings on display from local artists . The furniture has been specially commissioned to fit in with the style of the building and it works very well , and it is of a very high standard . The restaurant is very well lit by a modern contemporary special design lighting system that is a work of art in it self . The restaurant boasts a pleasant view of a small equestrian centre and grazing land that has a population of turkeys and cattle, all well cared for, and can be viewed from the inside if you desire . The food is of a very high standard and is prepared freshly upon order , portions are quite large but smaller options are available upon request , for the breakfast sizes . The food here is not of a fast food ethic , and is prepared to order , but a huge selection of cakes and pastries are baked on a daily basis , and are a quicker option for the person on a shorter time slot , but still baked to the highest of standards and portion sizes are quite large .the coffee here is of the best quality and is reasonable on cost. I am sure that most people who visit return time and time again as it is truly a remarkable place to dine , highly recommend . I hope they continue to do well.

Felt very safe as everything recommended to be covid safe was adhered to. Lovely friendly staff. Nice tasty food.
