BMW service is great. Some of the salesman have a air about them which I find a put off but the service desk is great. Bottom line is you are at a BMW branch which is always good. Parking is very tight though. Its better to park across the road.

Ordered the new BMW 1 Series for arrival with the new plate in September. Jason was amazing and really knowledge about the car. Equally he was not pushy at all with the extra packages that I could have ordered. Jason listened to what I wanted on the car and tailored this to me, answering all my questions along the way. Jason was also always prompt at getting back to me when I had questions and sorted all of the paperwork out for me so I had nothing to worry about. Equally on the day I was due to pick the car up Jason was flexible with a pick up time and was very accommodating when I forgot some documents (whoops). He also sat with me and talked me through all the features on the car before driving away. Amazing service and a great salesman; cannot recommended enough!

I was on the look out for my dream car an M2 competition. Stratstone had the one ! I rang to ask about the car and they said they would ring back ! They didn’t so I rang again. The car was what I wanted and as it was new I didn’t need to see the car, I put a deposit down to be told I’ll ring you tomorrow to arrange collection. Again no call back so and rang them the next day to find out the sales man was on a day off ! So I requested he rings me upon return and you guessed it no call. So I e mailed them saying unless they get in touch I’ll have my deposit back and go else where. They rang me up saying how busy they are and we’re dealing with it. Eventually after 2 weeks of hassle we picked up the car. It was parked outside in the sun, he gave us the keys and that was it. To say I was disappointed with the handover was an understatement but after all I’d got my dream car so I was now happy. As a sales experience from them I would rate them 0 ! If it wasn’t for me being sure it was what I wanted for the correct price I’d have never rang them back the first time they were suppose to. Ok the cars Awsome but the sales experience was awful. Oh and Iv had the car 3 months now and not once have they rang to see if all’s ok with the car. Took it to my local BMW dealer for the running in service yesterday and was treated great. They even rang me today to check all was ok and I was happy with the service !

I went into BMW interested in buying a new X3. Wayne Stillwell went out of his way to give us a great service and the best price on a brand new car. When we came to pick it up the process was very quick and smooth and the car was perfect. He made us feel like valued customers. I've had my car 2 weeks now and I can't fault it!
