Had an amazing experience at Beau Belles with Susan this weekend. She was so incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my visit, Susan has such warmth and care in her approach. She has been a true blessing in helping me find the most beautiful dress for my wedding day! I would highly recommend Beau Belles when seeking your wedding dress. I also got bridesmaids dresses there too ! Amazing place with amazing people! It was a pleasure to also interact with Kim too. Cannot speak highly enough of Beau Belles and it’s team. I visited Beau Belles today in a group of 4 for my sister, the Bride, to have her dress fitted. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of Beau Belles.
We felt very comfortable in the shop (which says a lot given the current coronavirus circumstances!). It was easy to social distance inside, and there was a sanitising station by the front door. Staff were fantastic and really put us at ease, we had a lovely experience. Thank you!
I bought my wedding dress from Beau Belles for my wedding in July 2019. The service from the beginning was amazing, they made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. I had all of my alterations done through them and never once felt stressed or pushed. They have a large variety of dresses to suit all budgets. I would definitely recommend!
Had the most amazing experience saying yes to the dress at beau belles. I used to pass on the school bus gazing at the window display in awe so when it came to picking my wedding dress nearly 15 years after I left school, there was only one choice. It's an aladdins cave of dresses! The team were so helpful at every stage, I couldn't of asked for more. Would highly recommend!
The service and kindness demonstrated by all members of staff, especially Kim and Susan, has been overwhelming. I cannot fault their level of customer service. From the first contact I made, telephone and email chats to prepare for my first and subsequent visits, the suggestions to customise my dress to make it perfect for my wedding was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble when serving me and also the service I witnessed when the team were dealing with other customers.
Kim and team you are a credit to Beau Belles and the wider wedding dress provider community. I will always recommend you to family and friends as I could not have wished for a better experience. Thank you
