I have been to have a tooth taken out , im very happy with how they dealt with me im not the easiest of patients, they constantly made sure I was ok and for me that means a lot .
I want to to say a massive thank you to the ladys I hope I can get on your books as I definitely feel happy with the service and care .

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years now and have always found the service and care excellent. My 3 year old had been reluctant to let Louise give him a check up on previous visits, but on our last visit she cleverly persuaded him to let her give him a check up by letting him sit where he wanted (i.e anywhere but on the dentists chair!).
Do they care about long standing loyal patients - No!
As a patient at this Dentist for 18.5 years I simply asked to change dentist from Louise Thornley to Adrian Watts because my family are with Adrian Watts and they forced me to change from NHS to a Private patient. I am then told because of this request the "patient dentist relationship has broken down and the practice can no longer meet my needs. Now I am waiting for treatment, a filling and a crown but they are refusing to treat me - after 18 years I now have no dentist to go to?
Wow really unprofessional, but I have not done anything wrong - be really careful - they come across friendly and nice, but don't be drawn in, they can turn on you for no reason and chuck you away like rubbish. very upset.
Louise is amazing would not go anywhere else
As someone who has in the past been quite fearful of dentistry, l have to say that Breaston Dental Practice has helped to cure me of this. I know the care l'm going to receive .will be second to none!
Everything is always talked through thoroughly with me, which l find of great help, and very reassuring
The Dental surgeons , nurses and staff always seem prepared to 'go that extra yard'., and that's very much appreciated.
Highly recommend them.
