I have been several times and despite a few of my friends (one of which is a dentist trainee) having a particular treatment at their respective dentists 9for which we have all discussed together), I am seemingly 'inelligble', despite visiting one of the said other dentists and being told that I most certainly am. Also, very poor in terms of providing receipts to claim on health insurance etc. Time for an urgent change!

They always cancel or change the times of appointments even when I explain the urgency. Can hardly ever get through to them on the phone!

Having a horrible experience, had one appointment, the dentist (I'm ASD) told me to "just get the doctor to drug me", came over the top of my head knowing I'm ASD, overloaded the tooth impression mould and told me to give over when the goop choked me, the bottom set hurt, I said 'ow' to let him know it was catching my gum funny (not making a fuss) and proceeded to press harder has proceeded to cancel two appointments, second time not even bothered to book a replacement, and now I have a broken tooth painfully growing out the roof of my mouth. Wouldn't advise to take kids there or anyone ASD
