Very rude receptionist spoke to me like I was a peace of dog poo when I was at the door and on the phone as well just wanted to know if I was still on the patient's list and whereabouts my dental records were .I think they need to learn how to speak to people and customers of a private bupa dental practice
Fantastic dentists and reception staff. Always had everything explained in detail and never struggled for an appointment plus enough notice given for holidays to rearrange.
Everyone is friendly and professional and are clearly proud of the work/service they provide.
