I have just had a tooth extracted at the My Dentist surgery , North Parade, Aberystwyth. I had the most wonderful experience after being in excruciating toothache a few weeks ago, I was given antibiotics, phoned & seen by Dentist Kisha. All the staff were extremely kind and courteous. It was decided that I needed the tooth extracted which I had done earlier today. Dentist Kisha and Chris. were so kind . I suffered no pain at all and after having such bad experiences over the years it was a marvellous encounter. Thank you all so much. Shirley x

The dentist and nurse I see are absolutely fantastic. Everything is clear, very good treatment and very understanding and helpful. The receptionist staff are efficient but very blunt, hence why it doesn't get 5 stars.

I have been with this Dentist for many years, all the staff are polite and caring, and put you at ease, I have no problem in recommending them.

I have had a lot of dental work done at this surgery. I can only feedback experience with my dental practitioner. I have struggled with other surgeries as I have not felt any where near as comfortable as I do here. I am not here to be pampered, I want my teeth made good and I want to leave! This is what I get here. My particular dentist is superb. Everything is explained in terms I understand. I am left to make my own decisions, advised as to what my options are. The work is done efficiently, always completely pain free, quickly and comfortably. I drive an hour and a half to go to this dentist and it's worth it. Trust me, I'm fussy!

I'm new to the surgery, I've only ever been with private dentist before now. Unfortunately bad experience with the receptionists, rude didn't look up from phones to speak to patients. Not great customer service! When I went into see my dentist everything change. I was greeted with big smiles and I immediately felt at ease. These two ladies in surgery 5 were professional, patient and full of advice. I was offered treatment I wouldn't of known about such as the 6 months smile, which I'm considering, we also discussed this in detail and the dental nurse got out the models to explain further! Very useful! It's changed my experience of NHS dentistry for the better! The nurse and dentist have a great understanding of each other and work well together again putting me at ease! Thanks ladies in surgery 5!
