Been at this surgery for 10years rang up for a emergency appointment today and was told I was no longer a patient,no letters no phone calls ,the only letter received was to tell me the surgery was being taken over and not to worry as I would receive the best treatment well if this is their best treatment they know where to stick it

The best dental practice. Monika and her dental nurse are amazing. So lovely and friendly, she is fantastic with the children. Richard the hygienist is brilliant, Everyone is very helpful. I would 💯 recommend this practice.

I don't like this surgery, I am always considerate, in that I arrive for my appointment, 15 minutes ahead of time, so the least they can do is see me on time, but they never do, i'll be waiting 15 , 20 minutes past my allotted time. And when they see you, it's , 'would you like to come in now',! I'm like, how about saying sorry for keeping me waiting , but no, total lack of consideration , that I might and often do have other appointments to keep, my calendar does not revolve around this dental practice. and when your paying them ridiculously high prices to prod around in your mouth, the very least they can do is see you on time. So they won't be getting anymore of my money, I will find a more considerate surgery, one that runs like clockwork.

I am not from Wales and am here for a wedding. This wonderful dentist took me on as an emergency and I can honestly say I could have kissed them at the end. Kind , compassionate and very easy to speak to. Care was great and I'm now on my road to recovery. Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly. 😍😁😁
