Absolutely Brilliant! From the first initial appointment to the dental plan put in place, fantastic. My first visit today to start treatment, was absolutely petrified. From the moment I walked in, sympathetic staff, very understanding. In to the treatment room where Mr Trigg was amazing. Assured me that we could stop at any time, very understanding and from the injection to the treatment I did not feel a thing! From anxiety being at a 9 /10 when going in, I would now say after that experience anxiety should not be a problem moving forward. Thank you to Mr Trigg and all the staff!
I visited the practice and saw Udara the dentist. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in.
The clinic is very friendly and professional from the reception team to the dental staff. I was greeted by the receptionist and they are very efficient, visers were worn and my temperature taken before entering the clinic room. I would definitely recommend Udara, he was very thorough and informative and makes you feel at ease. I've definitely found a dentist in Aberystwyth!
The receptionist are always very welcoming and know what they're doing. I am quite a nervous patient but I alway feel put at ease by my dentist James and his staff, they are good explaining what they're doing and what it will involve, whilst being efficient and completing the work well. I've been with them for about 4 years now and have had to have some treatment which I have not had any problems with following it. The surgery is always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.

Took my 90 year old father (in a wheelchair) to Eastgate Dental and James did everything to ensure that the customers needs were understood and met, which included allowing us to come in at a time when it would be convenient to park outside enabling easy access to the practice.
