Had a flat tyre on my way to Sheffield so called the garage for help, they couldn't help me as at the time they weren't doing recoveries, but the guy on the phone was very helpful and advised where i could go etc to fix it. (had help from other people to take my tyre to be replaced)

In the Peak District on holiday and a simple brake light had gone I had no tools so popped into Hope garage job done In 5 minutes flat and only charged us for the bulb we obviously gave the guy a drink as well absolutely first class service
