Warning to other businesses - I won't bother you with the details of why we left for another IT firm, but Xuper went the extra mile to ruin our systems on exiting. Rather than just cancel our Office 365 subscription - which we understood - they also reset everyone's email password and didn't tell us what they were. They even reset the password of our admin accounts which didn't even have any licenses attached - purely to stop us from resolving the issues they caused. Fortunately their Microsoft reseller instantly sided with us and resolved for us. What an unnecessary and unjustified headache they caused - so unprofessional. We'll be keeping the Office 365 access logs and make them publicly available should anyone want them to support their case.

We have been supported by Xuper since June 2014 having experienced poor response times from our previous local IT support provider. The improvements they have made over the last 9 months have been excellent. Our staff have found it significantly beneficial knowing that the majority of the time your call is answered by an engineer and in most cases is sorted there and then. What we have also found works really well is that if the problem can't be fixed over the phone an engineer will come to site more or less straight away and this is all included within the support contract so we don't have to worry about additional charges. I would recommend Xuper to any business who looks to outsource their IT support.

Mercia Image (Print and Design) based in Little Eaton We moved over from our current IT support supplier in October 14. Although moving providers can be a little stressful, Xuper moved over our IT with professionalism and ease and we receive excellent support and back up. Broadbents have been working with Xuper since 2008 when they came in and helped revolutionise our servers to enable us to connect all of our offices and back up all of our work. they handle the maintenance our all our hardware and we also order equipment from them as I have always found their quotes to be reasonable and with the knowledge that the equipment will be added onto our network with the minimum of fuss. All of the tech and support guys know their stuff and in the majority of cases any issues we have are solved very quickly. Xuper have become a very important business partner in the last 7 years and we hope it continues for many years to come.
