They have what you need, sure, but don't expect helpful service. Instead, you can expect to be roundly patronised for asking for help. I guess it's good if you know cars and proper terminology. Had to go back a second time as the first time, there was a tough, hand written,. "Had to go out, back in 5" 15 minutes later and still no return. I don't think I will be back in a hurry.
Needed a bulb for my car he fitted it for me was very pleased with the service

To the young lad in the shop today who sold me.my headlight and then helped me to put it in. A big big thank you for your kindness and just wanted to say you were so lovely and polite and ur employer should be extremely proud of such great staff.
Very helpful, especially when I had not appropriate sizes socket set to remove an old battery on my mum's car around the corner. Purchased a battery. Got a £10 off trade in when I took in the old one. He let me drop it in after I'd done the swap, and kindly lent me the store socket spanner so I could complete the swap quickly.
