I recently employed Elite Property Services having watched them carry out moss clearance work of severe proportions in my area and I was impressed with there work and finish. They have now completed the same work to my roof and I am extremely pleased with the results which were completed on time and based on a fair and competitive price. Mr Frayling himself is a hard working and genuine person who is keen to please and shows great respect for you and your property. Everywhere is cleaned up after the job is completed and ensures that you are happy before he leaves. Mr Frayling has done two jobs for me, both excellent, I can highly recommend his industry, integrity and workmanship. In 2017 he replaced all my gutters, downpipes and soffits with PVC and also painted the front of my house. He was entirely reliable, that is, he came when he said he would, worked hard and completed the job on time. I find his prices to be reasonable and his work is guaranteed. This year he has cleared gutters and removed the moss from my roof also applying an anti fungal surface l. It looks wonderful and it is reassuring to know that all is in order on the roof

The company Elite Property Services, has carried out work for us over several years, over ten years each job we have asked the company to be carried out, has been completed in a very professional manner from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company for there workmanship

We have recently had work carried out by Elite Property Services. We found there pricing fair and there workmanship of a high standard. They completely removed all moss from our roof and applied Renotec roof coatings also fitted UPVC fascia soffits to our property, and left property thoroughly clean,we were so pleased with the renovation and would have no hesitation in recommending them ,we would definitely use them in the future.

I am delighted to provide a reference for Mr Frayling. Over many years, he has carried out work to my property at the above address. He has repaired and replaced roof tiles, traced and repaired a leak in the roof. Additionally, he has applied a sealant to the roof tiles and repainted facia tiles on the front of the property. Mr Frayling also dealt with ageing pointing and made an excellent colour match with the existing pointing when he replaced it. So much so, that a neighbour of mine asked if he could look at a job and he too, got Mr Frayling to carry out similar work. My neighbour is a retired civil engineer who has exacting standards! I have always found Mr Frayling to be honest, hard working and efficient man, who charges fair prices and never makes a job cost more than is necessary. I have not always found this to be the case with other tradesmen. He cleans the work site to a very high standard; again not all tradesmen do this. My wife is long-term disabled and Mr Frayling always tailored his work around her needs. He is caring and compassionate and absolutely trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending him and wish him all the best for the future.
