I cant speak for the flowers as delivery not took place yet, i can only imagine they will be beautiful..I can safely say dealing with donna she is brilliant, quick responses from all my emails. I thoroughly recommend flowers get ordered here. I can't wait to see a photo of the flowers Thursday as i live in solihull so wont see the real thing. Thank you in advance Donna for everything.

Always buy my flowers from Donna May, had them for my mums funeral and this week ordered a tied bouquet for my daughter in law and have to say they are beautiful, I wouldn't go anywhere else thankyou so much xx

Recently ordered the florist choice funeral posy online with Donna May at quite short notice. It was a very easy and simple process and even better when I saw the flowers which stood out from all the rest, they were beautiful and reasonably priced too. Thank you.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: RUDE OWNER. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I personally have not used this service, however, we had just returned from being on holiday a couple of days ago to find a bunch of flowers had been accidently delivered to our house (our address, wrong name). We asked our neighbour who the name was and it turned out they were for a neighbour further along the street. We were unable to do anything about it yesterday, so today we did the right thing and took the flowers to the neighbour today, as it was the first opportunity we had to do so since coming back from being away. The neighbour was grateful. I then rang the florist to let them know I had given the flowers to the correct person, but rather than being grateful I had corrected their error, I was met with the owner of the business, who had a very passive-aggressive tone of voice and her response was "well you could have phoned us sooner because we've had to deliver these flowers already and now we have to go and pick them up again making that 3 trips". I calmly explained that it wasn't my fault and that I've not been able to ring until today. You try and do a good thing and you don't get any thanks. It's a shame because I thought the flowers were actually quite lovely and was tempted to use them in future, but alas after today's phone conversation, I will most certainly be avoiding this business in future.
