I phoned mitie today at 2pm to find out more about this role of a kitchen assistant, a lady answered and was extremely rude, i asked which department was in charge of the catering area and she replied with "i don't know i don't work here i'm just answering calls" to which i then replied after confusingly laughing "so who's working there"? because i'm in desperate need of work and i'm willing to start asap. she then told me to "get a grip" and hung up. and now no one is answering. So weather or not i get the job it'll be a bad review from me.
