A great place to visit, with stunning views. Perfect for hiking, exploring and picnics. Far enough from civilisation that you generally don't bump into crowds, so it's good for peaceful hiking trips.

Great place for a walk. Once down from the car park, walk down to the road/track bridge then decide either to follow the river down the hill, or cross the bridge and go uphill for the views over the valleys when you get to the top. Been both ways, and well worth it whichever you choose.

One of best walks in Peak District. Place become even more magical during heater bloom season. Watch out for midges flies in August.

Beautiful place to visit. Are you in the alps? Are you in France? Are you in Croatia?.... Well worth a sunny (pleasant) day visit. We had a picnic by the 'stream' just minutes from the car park. We could have easily been in another land .
DELICATE SOUNDS OF CAMPING (09/12/2020)
Lovely place for a adventure. Trees are being cut back for mangement of the area. Some really nice walks from the car park. The only problem is dirty campers leaving rubbish behind. As a wildcamper my self this gives us real wildcampers a bad name. A true wild campers gear is to expensive to leave behind as we use gear that's lightwight. But most of all we follow the leave no trace way of camping. If we carry it in we carry it out 🤠
