Had a problem with water coming in roof of my extension My daughter had used this firm previously and came highly recommended I telephoned on the Monday and Robert phoned back immediately- he was working in Barry but promised to cal in that day - he did Assessed the problem and was honest in stating that a new roof was not necessary The following morning at 8am his team arrived! The work was duly completed within 4 to 5 hours. Many tiles were replaced in order to make the roof waterproof, usually he takes photographs of the problem but in this case we could observe from a bedroom The price and workmanship was excellent I waited for the heavy rains of last Wednesday etc before writing this review It is now Sunday and all is well If you want swift action and first class workmanship then this firm has it all Also I was told that if there were any further problems then I should contact them immediately

Messaged 1st call roofing for a small roofing repair , they returned call within an hour and came out next day to assess turned up at the time they gave. Able to Repair there and then with thorough explanation of issue and photos. Very professional and pleased with service. Would recommend.

Messaged 1st call roofing for a quote on a broken roof tile replacement. I sent the picture of the roof and they called me back within an hour. They came out next day and quickly sorted out. Very pleased with service. Would recommend.

Bobby and his boys completed the job in a day. Bobby explained everything to me and sent photos of the job, before and after. Very good service and would recommend 👍
