Emily is absolutely amazing! She takes great care of her clients, is fantastic to talk to, gives an amazing head massage during your hair wash and does an outstanding job on your hair. Exactly what you ask for every time! I could not recommend her more highly! Thank you Emily! 😊

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! I am a 20 year old with asian hair and I asked for a brown balayage. However I was left with grey hair which I find appalling. I contacted Emily for a full refund but instead she unprofessionally blocked me and unsent all of her messages. I was not offered a 24 hour test patch either when bleach and toner was applied to my scalp. This is breaking health and safety regulations. I had to then get my hair redone by another hair stylist from another service costing me extra money. I would suggest if your looking to get your hair done go somewhere else.

If i could put less stars i honestly would. The hair stylists name i did not get due to the negative attitude i was greeted with and quite frankly she was verbally abusive which left me speechless. I will not be recommending this salon and instead will be warning my friends and family that unless they wanted to be spoken down to and be treated with 0 respect then they should avoid this salon at all costs.
