Friendly staff and good range of products.
We were in dire need for our tiles on Monday (today is Thursday). Gavin was so patient and listened to our issue and helped us to organise the special delivery! We are over thr moon! Now looking forward to receiving our tiles prior furthet feedback.
Credit to Gavin, the assistant manager. I came in with a list of stuff but not really sure what I needed. He was helpful, interested and gave me some great advice. If head office reads these, I hope he gets some recognition! 👌

After a recent negative experience at Tile Giant, I am happy to provide a positive review on Topps Tiles Long Eaton.
We were greeted politely and dealt with by the manager there from start to finish. The showroom was attractive accessible with good off street parking and well-stocked. We were given a very good deal on the tiles that we chose, which included a 15% additional discount because our tile fitter has a trade account with them.
To sum up, based upon this experience, I would have no hesitation in giving five stars for the premises themselves and the service we received within them. Thank you.
