Apart from the very rude customer who pushed Infront as I walked through the door,as she missed her appointment that morning, an excellent experience and service. First visit for full set of white tips and brow wax. My nails are bitten badly due to bad habits and the finishing result was impressive! Both nails and brows, excellent will definitely return, thank you 😁😁😁

Went for acrylic full set! Nails looked good but my varnish scraped off within 5 mins! I lightly touched the varnish with the end of my nails and its indented or rubbed off! Returned 10mins later and they said you ‘need to be gentle when you do things’ they re varnished the worst one for no extra fee which was good but I had the same problem a few days later and went to another salon to fix them😡 the products they use are obviously very cheap and you can’t pick up your phone without the varnish rubbing off🤦🏼‍♀️

Very busy, pre book advised, although they will fit you in if they can. Excellent results, great prices, i use them regular.

Have been going for months, never a problem however yesterday's visit was a different story unfortunately. Nails are okay but the rudeness from the member off staff, could be owner or manager was vile. Went in to ask how much it would cost so I could go to the bank, he told me the price of nails and toes which then I tried to add up but I have had math skills and was out by a couple of quid which then he snapped at me "NO £27" while rolling his eyes. I reluctantly went back after going to the bank because I didn't want to miss my appointment as I am going away. He began my nails and HE cut my finger however blamed me. Then he gave my son who's not even 2 yet 4 lollipops after I said he could have ONE I repeated myself and he carried on giving him then which made my son sick. That man has ALWAYS been cocky and spoke to people poorly including staff and customers, he needs to be taken down a level or 2 and get some customer service training in my opinion. He also needs to listen to parents when they say don't give my child more sweets, if he wants his child full of sugar that's fine. Won't be going back.
