Used the drive through and asked for a latte and hot chocolate for daughter. Coffee was fine but daughter got steamed milk and a marshmallow. Only realised this when back on A38 so couldn't go back and certainly not to queue up again. Apart from that staff friendly and polite probably a bit overworked being it was very busy and only take away.
When going through the drive through in the evening, you can not see the menus as it has no lights. I explained when ordering that I couldn't see the menu as they wasn't lit up. The lady working sound annoyed when I was asking what options they had with drinks.
Was ok.. did not think to much to the lobster toastie but the orange hot chocolate was lush.. staff very friendly
Lovely servica, as always. Can't fault the coffe and with the gift card £5 bonus it was a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Go here very often and usually great but this time the staff werent very friendly and the toilets were very dirty in fact went in 1 and wouldnt use it then 2nd slightly better. The shop wasnt that clean either even though quiet in there. Very disappointed
