We are very happy with the service received for our carpets to be cleaned. From the first message we sent, we had a quick response and the price was very good. Harry turned up right on time and nothing was too much trouble. He moved our sofas around to get a full clean and the difference between before and after was very noticeable, especially because we have a dog. Our carpets are like new. We will definatly be using Back2new again.

Harry is always so professional and provides a great service. He has cleaned out carpets numerous times and I would never use anyone else! This time he came to me to remove some yellow stains on my cream carpet caused by Lily pollen. Harry removed these without any issues and now my carpet looks brand new again. Thanks so much Harry!

I have used Back to New’s carpet cleaning services many times over the past 8 years or so. Harry is very professional and achieves the best results. Every single time my carpets have been restored back to new (even following pet stains). Harry is a perfectionist and works really hard to get the best results. I would not go anywhere else. I found back2new carpets via a web search for a carpet cleaning company in the area and arranged for Harry to clean my mum's lounge and hall carpets. The results were amazing and both now look lke new. Certainly exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend.

I was moving out from my old apartment and wanted to get my deposit back. I called Harry last minute hoping to get an appointment and he didn’t disappoint! He was on time, prepared, very thorough, effective and quick! He cleaned carpet in whole house, not missing one bit. Very polite and kind, organised and humbled! The price was great too!! I’m happy I gave him a chance and could support still small but growing business! Definitely can recommend to everyone round Derbyshire. And of course I will use his services again!! 5 stars!!
