The cake, a wonderful thing indeed.

A deliciously light lemon sponge with zingy lemon icing, and a magnificent literary theme iced overall. Would definitely recommend for anyone after a signature piece for a special occasion.
Nicole personally delivered my mums 90th birthday cake on the big day when I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get there.
The cake was looked fantastic and tasted delicious.
Mum was absolutely thrilled to bits.
If there were more stars I would give them to Nicole for her professionalism and her really beautifully designed cake.
Nicole has been amazing and so supportive. We originally booked Nicole for our wedding in April, however that was cancelled due to COVID. Nicole was so accommodating to move the date, however with the restrictions we then had to make another change and reduce the cake size for our October wedding, and keep the bigger cake for next year! We certainly set Nicole a challenge as the cake needed to be gluten free and dairy free. It was amazing and no one could tell! This year we had the ginger and chai butter cream, we are looking forward to the other flavours next year! Nicole also worked with us for our decorations bride and groom wearing masks, virus outlines, sugar flowers. We would 100% recommend - making my mouth water just thinking about the cake - roll on next year.

Another masterpiece by Nicole. This time a stunning garden themed cake for my Mother-in-law's 90th birthday, complete with pond, birdbath, Robins, roses and much more! The lemon cake was absolutely delicious. Nicole has the ability to turn a vague idea into a work of art. Thank you so much Nicole. We will be back!
