Best place to hire from, great rates easy to pick up and drop off
Booked a Vw transporter over a week ago , the lady behind the desk told me I was liable of the van rental why I was in France with this COVID virus still going around. I agreed with this. I receive a phone from a man called Martin on the day I should of been collecting the van and he said that they we’re cancelling the van hire due to the COVID virus. I am disgusted with this at such a late date, leaving me to cancel my holiday even though I was told I was liable for extra hire charges. The hire company knew about the quarantine for France before they sold me the policy of hire!
Personal service, good prices
Great Service and are always very flexible and understanding. Running a removal company, can be challenging when vehicles are off the road or when you need additional support, but Martin and Kat make things very easy when we need them. Thank you
