Booked an MOT and silver service together. When I collected my vehicle they had failed to reset the service light, completed all paperwork to show they had completed a bronze service and then stamped the service book to show basic service only. To top it off, every door handle and panel had greasy hand prints left on it.
If you want peace of mind that you'll get the service you pay for and your car will be looked after, then I suggest going elsewhere!
