A delayed delivery of a shirt from Burton store to Derby resolved by a surprise personal delivery to home. That's the sort of service I thought had long since disappeared from our High Streets! Absolutely outstanding customer commitment and reflects a long standing excellent experience I've had with all Brigdens stores. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
Husband got his suits from Brigdens for him and his groomsmen. Tailoring service was great, lots of lovely choice and the staff were extremely helpful. They also let him bring a handkerchief of our chosen colour home with him free of charge so we could match sure it matched our bridesmaid dresses. Would recommend to anyone thinking about hiring weddings suits.
