Amazing so friendly and make you feels so at ease as a very nervous patient I think was the best place for me to go and have all my dental work done couldn’t fault them at all
Brilliant service during this shutdown period
Phoned in the morning after a night of ravaging toothache,after describing the symptoms the dentist drove from her home to the surgery to check my notes and write a prescription for me to collect by lunchtime.many thanks 😊
I was a very nervous patient due to bad experiences at previous dentists I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist when I walked in which Immediately put me at ease then I saw Stefan who was brilliant he had so much patience with me had a very good professional manner with great people skills. What I liked as well is that he didn't try to get me to have expensive unnecessary work carried out just said what needed doing . I'm going to actually like going to the dentist now 😃
All the staff are professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Making it a warm welcome.
I have always received excellent care at Brookvale all staff friendly and helpful would highly recommend
