Don't bother with these useless money grabbers. Had my first appointment in march just b4 covid started. Paid my fee was told to come back and see my proper dentist for treatment which this appointment will be covered in the money I'd already paid.. every appointment after this was cancelled text after text saying they cancelled my appointments. Then covid happened the place was shut for god knows how long.. finally get my second appointment to discuss treatment and pay the differrnce ..well that was a wasted hour of my life. Had the appointment discussed what was going to happen to be told i had to pay the full fee. Spun off some rubbish about it been more than 3 months that I've been and have to pay again... eerrrr reason i didn't come was because of eerr this little thing that happened called lockdown!! The attitude from the staff was disgusting at best arguing the toss trying to make me pay for something that I'd already paid.. is it my fault you kept cancelling my appointments NO! is covid 19 my fault NO! was lockdown and everything had to be closed eerrmmmm NO! It wasn't.. so why on earth am i expected to pay AGAIN! for something out of my control.. you ain't getting a penny out of me.

A most excellent Dental Practice. I’ve nothing but praise for the all of the staff here. The professional care I’ve received is second to none and I have complete confidence in my Dentist. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice to my friends and family. 5 stars from me, very grateful thanks indeed.

Always had a good experience with this practice for 10 years. I have had recently my teeth straighten by Dr Kaushik Paul, an amazing guy, very patient centred care, there was nothing to much trouble for him, questions, queries or problems, always accommodate me. Would whole healthy recommend him for any dental works.

Recently got my wife signed up to this practice and have been accompanying her to her appointments. I must say, was very impressed with the layout of the practice, very modern. My wife has seen 2 of the dental nurses,Raveena and Katie, both were fantastic and really professional. As I was acting as a translator for my wife, both nurses showed extreme patience and were very accommodating. Signed myself and my 2 kids up aswel. See how it pans out but so far so good.
