Your receptionists have put the phone down on me 8 times! They answer then instantly hang up! How do you expect patients to contact you when your hanging up on them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY WILL ONLY HANG UP ON YOU AND NOT HELP IN ANYWAY!!!!!!
One of the worse dentist clinic.... I have been trying to call to sort my emergency appointments.. First I call during the day and they told me to call 8-9 and it has been few days since I have been trying to call during this time and firstly they dont answer and secondly number keeps going busy.. What am I suppose to do with this situation.. Pathetic
I have tried calling them all day .. keep getting put on hold, when someone does answer they put the phone down straight away .. ridiculous that they can’t even answer the phones ... I would give them a -5 if I could
As most people I'm not a big fan of the dentist but needed some fillings and a scale and polish, the morning of my appointment I was anxious and nervous and worked myself up but Eliza the dentist I saw was brilliant, she put me at ease and I felt very relaxed, she gave me my treatment and I didn't feel a thing and she explained what she was doing all the way through. Excellent service provided by all staff and I'm not nervous at all about returning. I would highly recommend 😁
I have been a patient at this practice for over 6years and have only ever received excellent care. The dentists and staff are always professional and very friendly. Would recommend this practice to everyone
