Was sold a 2nd hand car for £995, that had not been checked and broke down soon after purchase with my family inside. One of the many problems was there had been no oil put in it, this is by a man who runs an MOT centre! The mechanic who towed us was shocked at this and the multiple other undisclosed problems the car was sold with. We were given a 3 door car to borrow, it is totally unsuitable and not like for like. Over six months later, still no refund or replacement car. Now there is no communication at all from the garage. Unprofessional, dangerous and I feel totally ripped off. We are now left in a situation where we cannot afford to buy another car and have since had to cancel some work due to having an unsuitable vehicle and will be unable to go on holiday with our family this Summer as there is no room for camping equipment in the borrowed car. SAM MOT is just after making money and is at best negligent and at worst criminal.
