Ordered a new bone saddle from Chris and it exceeded my expectations, both in the service given and the quality of the product.
Beautifully made saddle, fitted perfectly after the usual small adustments, and the sound improvement is remarkable. I had tried a couple of other bone saddles before which were either too slim or crumbled under the strings. No such issues here and I now have an upgrade to be totally satisfied with.
All you could need is provided in a very nicely assembled pack, including sanding materials and even a DVD too.
They care about what they do and it really shows. Excellent value for money and highly recommended!

Bought (online from his shop) a diamond crowning file (the one with the hard-set wood handle) and a fret puller. Fast shipping and excellent communication. Not entirely convinced with the fret crowning file (but hey, I reckon I'm awfully picky with crowning tools) but the fret puller is a godsent. Defretted a 5 strings 24-frets bass in less than 20 minutes. I thought I was dreaming or something. Very cool.
