I've been to this Computer Shop a number of times regarding my Computer Shortages and I have to say that the customer service is spot on. They are friendly, helpful and will take all of the information given into consideration when working with your computer. I have some adolescent knowledge on PC's and when I gotten my first Shortage I was even offered a 350W Power Supply to use to check whether the Shortages was a cause for the power supply I was using. They have stock available for purchase like Monitors, Mice and Keyboard, etc. Some components are required for them to be ordered which should be taken into consideration if you plan to buy from them. There was a few incidents that I noticed when they fixed my PC was that the front case fans and the optical drive was unplugged and required plugging in which to me didn't seem much of a big deal as I have a large case and that air flow is a work around, and that I also never use CD's. There was also a case of two of the case panels thumb screws that had been replaced which I noticed after collecting it for a second time. Again, not a big deal to me as I'm not digging in my case often. Overall the shop offers a brilliant service and would highly suggest seeing them as they are located in the centre of Swad and have quite the bargain for components such as Power Supplies, etc. I'd just keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look plugged in or have had a change in appearance.

Ordered a firecuda SSD. Arrived next day with constant updates from the owner. Young lad was knowledgeable and very welcoming. Brilliant IT shop!

I don't recommend this shop at all. I have now been 3 times to get black ink and 3 times they haven't had any. First time i was told if I came back in the afternoon they would have some in, but I needed it straight away so had to go elsewhere. A couple of months later I need more black ink. Today I was told the supplier was bringing the ink this afternoon. I have just been back and they only had colour. This was a complete waste of my time and petrol. I didn't have to make a second journey but I needed that ink. Won't be going back, I will go somewhere that actually stocks it!
