The pharmacist staff are quite rude, some more than others, allways seems to be something wrong with my prescription, either they make an excuse or make out its everyone else's fault but theirs. Everything seems just an inconvenience to them.

I used this chemist as it was attached to the Surgery. whenever I went in to the chemist I always felt as thought I was an inconvenience to them and they really couldn't be bothered. Half the time prescriptions cannot be dispensed as you are left waiting for the pharmacist to arrive. Do not think they have ever heard of Customer Service. The last time I went in there they could not find my Husbands prescription, apparently his fault as he had two middle names so they could have filed it under anything!! I have now moved chemists and realise just how bad they were.

Been here with prescriptions about 4/5 times now. Started off well, friendly and quick to dispense and helpful. But also had it where I wasn't offered opportunity to wait mid morning and told to come back, which I've never had with a chemist before, you can usually wait, even if it's a while. Also, more recently, had a problem with a prescription when the Drs reception had made and error and handed out the wrong prescription without me realising (someone elses with the same name and the same medicine but different date of birth) and when I took it to this pharmacy, which shares and entrance to the Drs, I felt like I was some sort of criminal despite them seeing me fetch it. Didn't feel like man handled it very well as it was the Drs reception error, not mine and I was the one running around receiving bad service, I didn't need grief off him as well. Woman pharmacist did come into Drs while I was there trying to sort it out, presumably to see if she could help. Mixed feelings on this chemist overall.
