Would like to say a huge thank you to Staff & Manager today. My daughter who is Type 1 diabetic took insulin for a Caramel Frappuchino, unknown to us the queue was long & I began worrying that if she didn't have her drink soon she would have had a hypo. I approached the young man & explained the situation, he said he'd speak to the manager, we stayed in queue whilst he prepared her drink if I would stay & pay later, of course yes I agreed. The young man came out with her drink & said it was on them. Ever so grateful, can't thank you enough x
I waited with my daughter for about 5 minutes before someone served us and another customer was not in front of us. the young lady spoke softly so I misunderstood her
Rude staff, didn’t feel welcomed at all won’t be going back!!!!!! So disappointed
