I just used Joe at Bradley's in Honiton to sell my house. He really went above and beyond when things didn't quite go smoothly further down the chain. He communicated well, and frequently, and did 'pushing' and chivvying that I'm quite sure wasn't his job, in order to progress things as quickly as possible. Our new property was being sold through Bradleys. The bulk of our interaction was with Joe who was incredibly helpful and we were very impressed by the proffesionalism displayed. Always on hand to assist, Joe would make time to attend the property with us on multiple occasions to allow us to obtain quotes for construction work. Joe regularly went above and beyond, even going as far to make phone calls to help with our sale after our own estate agent failed to make progress. The Honiton office was always helpful whoever answered the phone and calls were always returned swiftly.
We went through Bradley's Honiton to rent a flat and had a great experience with them. They were really helpful when answering our questions both through email and while showing us round the flat. Would definitely recommend :)
