Amanda and JC are always responsive and friendly with my requests. During my stay, they were supportive when anything needed to be fixed or checked. They resolved problems effectively and patiently. Highly recommended their rent!
I would highly recommend JC and Amanda from Yellow Property Pot Ltd. I rented a room from them in a shared house initially for two months but ended up staying for 2 years. They are very professional and quickly respond on maintenance issues. I had to move out because of Job, but if I ever do want to rent a room in Derby “Yellow Property Pot Ltd” will be my first and last option.

I have rented from Yellow Property for about 18 months. They are very professional, efficient and friendly. Only stopped renting because of Covid-19. They would be my first port of call if and when I need to come back to Derby. Would highly recommend.
