I work as a contractor for Leaders and it is the best thing that me and my company have done. I work with Chloe from the Pride Park branch a lot and she is fantastic! Always a delight on the phone and deals with things straight away. Chloe is always keeping me on my toes by making sure work is complete on time and that communication between myself and the tenants is good. She is an outstanding member of the team and a real asset to Leaders!

Property management are there for me throughout which is important as a landlord, and the outbound staff always giving me top quality reports when I need them. Dan has done the most recent reports which has brought all issues to my attention via his very thorough report! Very pleased!!

I cannot say anything bad about this company. I have used them before in the past also a few years ago and at that time all the time i have had not problems with the service and friendliness. Though this time they have achieved something more. With news letters going out every month on how we can save money at this dread full time, even the chance to win a months free rent. I have also had an excellent put together 'Tenant check out manual'. With discounts and support through the tenancy on shopping etc. What else can I say. Fantastic job. You deserve the high nearly 5 star rating you have. Many thanks. If I have to rent again. i know i will be coming back to you and no one else! Thank you again for your great service :-)
