Both Pip Holden and Arma Kang proved to be reliable, trustworthy, reassuring and effective during a house sale which spanned across the Covid lockdown period and involved buyer and seller living in different countries during that time. Despite the significant difficulties such a transaction encountered (especially with solicitors, who were all working from home with limited access to client files), Pip and Arma stayed calm, acted as effective intermediaries and exhibited the experience and professionalism they possess to get the deal over the line. I seriously doubt that the transaction would have been successfully concluded without their efforts.
