Really helpful, knowledgeable staff. It's an estate agent at the end of the day, but for me it's important to not get the feeling it's about the commission or cash. They've kept me up to date with the sale progression and done all they've said they would.
Quite slow at getting their properties on the net after the sale boards go up. Good service otherwise.

Dont use these clowns. I called up about a flat to rent, they said we aren't doing viewings yet but took my details and promised me I'd be the first person they called to arrange a viewing. 1 week later I see the ad on right move saying no longer available Let agreed. Unprofessional
