Had an lovely experience with frank Inness, very professional, understanding and caring staff. Both Jane and Skyler dealt with any query’s I had straight away, nothing was too much for them. Overall a lovely bunch of down to earth people who go above and beyond for tenants like myself.

Overall a great service. The staff are lovely and very willing to help. However, I feel as if there should've been more communication during the application process. I had to constantly ring to understand what was going on during the application process. In the end my partner and I are very happy with the property they provided us with and I would gladly choose this agency again.

Laura and Alice were incredibly helpful in letting my property, arranging everything for me, and made it so seamless. I managed to get a new tenant move in on the same day as the previous one moved out, so no loss of rental income, and they were very professional with great contact through phone, email and gave to face. Will definitely use this branch again for any future needs. Thanks guys x

Had a great experience dealing with Alice of the Lettings Team. She was very attentive throughout, ensuring that she kept on top of the process and that we were well informed. I also dealt with one other member of the lettings team during Alice's absence one day. I don't recall her name but again, she was very helpful. Both were very polite and professional. Thank you.
