GO ELSEWHERE I don't normally write reviews, and I can only say I talk about the conveyancing department but for your sanity and stress levels go elsewhere. I can't say too much more as a formal letter of complaint has gone in but if i had my time again i'd have looked at another company!!

Awful experience with Timms. Purchasing our first house was supposed to be exciting but unfortunately this was lost with the very frustrating process and total lack of competetance. We had to do all the chasing ourselves with the vendors/solicitors else nothing would of been completed. Was recommended by a friend but will consider going elsewhere in the future.

Very disappointed with the service they provided. I cannot recommend them providing conveyance services. They ended up wasting my time giving me unclear information and were rude and on the phone.
