Great car park and love the free parking after 3.pm I think other towns and cities should follow suit, it's a great incentive to get shoppers out in late afternoon.
Lots of stores plenty of parking and very helpful staff and security.
Free after 3pm. The machines say closed so you don't even need to get a ticket. This might be during the Coronavirus period only.
Good local car park but spaces are very small
Never left bad reviews before.
BUT.
Poor service from ESBC workers who are dealing with permits. Never answer on calls, I needed 20-25 calls per day to get it answered. No response on permit application online at all!
And in the end i received permit with old car reg. number instead of new as requested TWICE !
Very bad service.
