Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The pharmacist (female), who was here today Friday 27th March 2020, is probably well educated in order to carry out her duties, however, she is extremely rude, has no customer service skills, and it is quite apparent that her parents never taught her any manners. I will be moving to Chellaston chemist in future.
Very helpful pharmacy. Prices good too.
When I go to ask for help or to get my tablets. They don't know what they are doing. I sometimes have to ring up my mum saying there's a problem. It's always very cold inside.
