First time at this salon, and in these Covid times we are all a little apprehensive.
Jill has done her homework, and is keeping up to date with all the regulations, I felt very safe. If you're at all worried, I wouldn't be, we all deserve a treat at the moment, and it was so nice to just relax and get my fingers and toes painted professionally, almost felt like getting back to normal.

In hindsight, I may have overreacted. I have devoted the past month to studying the Sunday Trading Laws in the UK, as you so helpfully advised me to do. Interestingly, the 1994 Sunday Trading Act does not actually affect your your business, given that your shop does not exceed 280 sq m.
Regardless, I am still confused and slightly aghast at your forthright tone, as not only is the customer always right, but nobody is above the law. And that includes you.

My daughter and I visited Jill as a little treat mid way through a shopping trip to Exeter. We were both so impressed with Jill and the treatment. Our nails are beautiful. Jill is a friendly , warm person and we would thoroughly recommend a visit to her salon.
